Controller and contact
The controller for this website is Andreas Fetscher, Sauggarter Str. 33, 88524 Uttenweiler, Deutschland. For privacy questions, contact privacy@andifetscher.de. Further provider details are in the imprint.
Your personal clocks stay in your browser.
When you save a clock, this site stores the provider name, reset times, remaining percentages and entry-update time in your browser’s local storage under limitslate.clocks.v1. Those entries are not sent to our server or the public data providers. They remain until you clear them, clear site data, or your browser removes them. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see them.
The storage implements the clock-saving feature you request. You can remove both clocks using the “Clear saved clocks on this device” control in the footer. If storage is unavailable, the clocks work in memory for the current visit. No account password, API key, email address or payment detail is required.
Delivery and security
To deliver the website, the hosting infrastructure receives ordinary connection information, including your IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. Processing necessary to deliver and protect the service is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any operational logs must be limited to what is necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us for the current hosting and retention details.
The website does not load an advertising-network script, advertising cookie, remote font or social-media embed. Fonts and essential assets are served with the website. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Cloudflare delivery and security
This website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which sits in front of the hosting service as a content delivery network and security proxy. Cloudflare can process technical connection data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser details. Necessary delivery and protection are assessed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with processor obligations governed by the Cloudflare data processing addendum.
Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA through its infrastructure and subprocessors. Its addendum describes transfer mechanisms including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, as applicable. Depending on the security features used, Cloudflare security cookies may be set; this website does not claim that every Cloudflare function is cookie-free.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. Cloudflare loads a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com and receives technical page-view data; according to Cloudflare, the service sets no cookies and uses no local storage. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (understanding how the site is used).
Optional public updates
Selecting “Refresh public updates” asks your browser to contact these four public endpoints:
Those services receive your IP address and ordinary request information. The requests omit credentials and referrer information and contain none of your saved clock values. This optional feature starts only when you select its clearly labeled button; it does not run automatically on later visits. You can stop using it without losing the local planner. The sites supplying public data may operate outside the European Economic Area and process connection data under their own notices. See OpenAI’s privacy policy (opens in new tab), Anthropic’s privacy policy (opens in new tab), and the community providers’ websites.
A temporary session-storage value, limitslate.fetchAfter.v1, prevents repeated requests within the refresh cooldown. The page does not store the downloaded reports in your personal clock data.
Calendar files and messages
Calendar reminders are generated on your device from your clock values.
Selecting “Copy details” writes the displayed reminder text to your device’s clipboard. LimitSlate does not read your clipboard or send the copied reminder to its servers. Clipboard synchronization and any calendar app you use are controlled by your device or service provider. If copying is blocked, the text is selected so you can copy it yourself.
Following a contact link opens your email application. Information you choose to send is used to handle your inquiry; depending on the inquiry, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle the matter and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Links and sponsorship
External websites receive connection data when you open their links. This website does not currently load a third-party advertising network. A clearly labeled sponsor link, if displayed, is an ordinary external link; it does not add a tracking script.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for future processing. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Contact the controller using the address above. Local clock data is controlled through your own browser; we cannot retrieve it for you.
